Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://saficleaningservicesma.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Safi Cleaning Services reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Service Description. This Site describes Deep Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning, Office Cleaning, Airbnb Cleaning, Apartment Cleaning provided by Safi Cleaning Services. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Safi Cleaning Services and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
As-Is Basis. https://saficleaningservicesma.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Safi Cleaning Services makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Safi Cleaning Services arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Safi Cleaning Services from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of MA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in MA.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
